Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or an exchange.

Downloadable products are non-returnable items. We will not refund for downloadable products.

There are certain situations where only a new download link for any item which is not transfered to you because of servers.

We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange, and we notify you a new download link to use.

If you haven’t received a new download link, first check your email account again and your spam folder also.

It may take some time before your new download link is officially created.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your new download link yet, please contact us.
